Refund Policy

Career Studio is free to use for building, previewing, and editing your CV. The only paid feature is an optional one-time unlock that removes the watermark from your exported CV. This Refund Policy explains when refunds apply to that purchase.

The watermark-removal unlock is a digital feature applied instantly to your session once payment is confirmed. There is no physical item to ship or return, so standard "return the product" rules do not apply here.

We will issue a refund if:

• You were charged, but the watermark was not removed due to a fault on our end.
• You were charged more than once for the same unlock (a duplicate charge).
• A payment was deducted from your account or card but was never confirmed as successful on our end.

Once the watermark-free export has been successfully delivered and works as intended, the purchase is final. Changing your mind after a successful unlock is not grounds for a refund.

To request a refund, contact us at panda.helloworld@gmail.com or via our Help page within 7 days of the charge. Please include the date of purchase and the payment method you used (PayHere or PayPal) so we can locate your transaction.

We review refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through PayHere or PayPal within 5–14 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
